Process CC follows the GROW model for coaching performance. It’s a simple but highly effective way of identifying what you want, where you currently are, what we have to work with and a willingness to complete the training to attain the goal. As each client has a specific set of circumstances and goals, we would work together to devise a schedule of training and reviews to make sure we are on the path to achieving success. Initially we would have a consultation to discuss what you want to achieve and analyse past success and failure. This promotes an awareness of your current behaviour and encourages proactive change, confidence and motivation. Once goals have been set and current limitations assessed, I will work on a plan to overcome these and set you on a new training path. The level of detail and degree of contact can be agreed on an individual basis. Methods of contact can be in person, over the phone, email or even FaceTime if you wish.
